Integon, a division of a leading insurance company, is seeking a customer service representative to guide callers through the claims process. The role involves handling inquiries, providing information, and ensuring customer satisfaction in a supportive environment.

Formación

  • Call Center experience preferred.
  • Insurance industry knowledge preferred.

Job Description

About Integon

This role is responsible for guiding callers to the appropriate party based on their needs and the relevant policy or claim, and performing basic clerical duties.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Establish a connection with customers to gather and capture information, and file a first notice of loss claim.
  2. Provide an overview of the basic claims process and general information to customers.
  3. Receive, screen, and route incoming calls and electronic correspondence.
  4. Contact or receive contact from customers or third parties to obtain and provide necessary information, complying with quality and process standards.
  5. Follow established guidelines for each claim report or inquiry, ensuring clear and accurate documentation.
  6. Assist customers with scheduling auto and/or property inspections, and arranging rental cars as needed.
  7. Remain empathetic and engaged during customer interactions.
  8. Use online resources, system prompts, and claims knowledge to assist customers and set expectations for next steps.
Preferred Qualifications:

Education and Experience

  • High School Diploma / GED or equivalent experience
  • Call Center experience (Preferred)
  • Insurance industry knowledge (Preferred)

Functional Skills

  • Ability to empathize with customers
  • Perform routine tasks of basic complexity under supervision
  • Computer skills
  • Good organization and follow-up skills
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Fully bilingual in English and Spanish

For this position, we offer up to $24,000 MXN monthly before taxes.
