We are looking for a highly motivated and skilled Full Stack Tech Lead to join our technology team. In this key role, you will be part of the integration cell, managing integrations with platforms like Shopify, Magento, and VTEX. You will lead the development of payment connectors and web applications, working closely with designers, software engineers, and stakeholders to deliver comprehensive solutions.

Key Responsibilities

1. Technical Leadership: Lead the full stack development team using Agile methodologies, mentoring team members and fostering a culture of collaboration and innovation.
2. Application Development: Design and develop high-quality web and mobile applications, ensuring performance and user experience. Collaborate with designers and developers on UI/UX.
3. Feature Implementation: Drive the design and development of new features and enhancements.
4. Integration Management: Oversee service and API integrations, ensuring smooth connectivity across platforms.
5. Maintenance and Optimization: Maintain and enhance applications, troubleshoot issues, and optimize performance.
6. Project Planning and Execution: Collaborate on project planning, ensuring timely delivery and quality standards.
7. Research and Innovation: Stay updated with emerging technologies and incorporate them to improve products and workflows.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Full Stack Developer with leadership roles.
• Strong skills in front-end technologies like TypeScript and React, and back-end technologies such as Golang.
• Functional knowledge of AWS for application development.
• Experience with integrations in payments, e-commerce, fraud detection, or analytics.
• Familiarity with relational and non-relational databases.
• Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
• Creative problem-solving abilities.
• Knowledge of Agile practices.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field.
