Fullstack Python – Senior Consultant – Americas Delivery Mexico (ADMX)

As an experienced Full Stack Senior Developer, you will have the ability to share new ideas and collaborate on projects as a consultant without the extensive demands of travel. Americas Delivery Mexico (ADMX) leverages scale and talent to provide high-quality, cost-effective service to our clients.

As a Senior Consultant, you will work with diverse global clients across various industries. Your responsibilities include diagnosing issues using advanced analytical techniques, interviewing staff, formulating recommendations, and helping clients implement solutions.

• Lead project discovery workshops, both on-site and remotely
• Create fully-fledged data-driven platforms (databases, servers, clients) with strong architecture, optimizing application functionality throughout the project lifecycle
• Ensure application responsiveness and functionality, addressing both user experience and technical performance, including coding for mobile platforms

Qualifications

Required

• 6-10+ years of consulting and/or industry experience
• Completion of coursework (Egresado) in relevant fields
• Leadership experience in project workstreams and teams
• Ability to identify key drivers, define problems, and propose solutions
• Legally authorized to work in Mexico
• At least 6 years as a Python developer with experience evaluating development decisions in Python, Angular/React, and cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure), focusing on modularity and maintainability
  • Experience with FastAPI, cloud-native SDKs, and calling external REST APIs
  • Experience with multi-threading and memory caching
• Proficiency with relational databases, APIs, and Agile methodologies
• Experience with web services (SOAP/REST/GraphQL)
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; fluency in English required
• Comfortable with version control systems, preferably Git

Preferred

• Exposure to AI applications
• Relevant certifications
• Experience building web APIs in microservices architecture using Java/SpringBoot or NodeJS/Express
• Experience developing cross-platform mobile applications with Flutter, React Native, or Kotlin Multiplatform
• Experience in professional services or client-facing environments
• Knowledge of Kubernetes, DataStax tools (Cassandra, Solr, DSE Graph, Spark)
• Understanding of stream-processing platforms like Kafka
• Large-scale website architecture experience
• Experience with CI/CD tools
• Experience with NoSQL databases
