Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Sr. Developer with 8 to 12 years of experience in Azure Kafka and Java.

The ideal candidate will work from home during day shifts contributing to innovative projects in various domains such as Property & Casualty Insurance Governance Risk & Compliance and Finance & Accounting. Proficiency in English is required.

Responsibilities

• Develop, and maintain high-performance software using Azure, Kafka, and Java.

• Collaborate with global teams to implement new features and resolve complex technical issues.

• Optimize systems for scalability and performance. Participate in code reviews and mentor junior developers.

• Build robust data pipelines and leverage Azure services for secure, scalable apps.

• Ensure compliance with industry standards and contribute to meaningful, purpose-driven solutions.

Basic Qualifications

• 8- 12 years of experience

• Possess strong expertise in Azure Kafka and Java with a proven track record of successful project delivery.

• Demonstrate excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently in a remote work environment.

• Have experience in Property & Casualty Insurance Governance Risk & Compliance or Finance & Accounting domains.

• Exhibit strong communication skills in English both written and spoken to effectively collaborate with global teams.

Preferred :

• Quadient experience

Certifications Required

• Certifications Required Azure Developer

• Associate Apache Kafka Certification

• Java SE 11 Developer Certification (desirable)
