Formación

• At least 7 years of hands-on experience in Java, Spring Boot, and SQL.
• Experience leading a DevOps team and working with CI/CD tools.

We are currently seeking a Full Stack Lead to join our team in Guadalajara, Jalisco (MX-JAL), Mexico (MX).

Full Stack - Lead

Basic Qualifications:

• Prior experience leading a DevOps team
• Resource should have at least 7 years of hands-on experience in
  • Java, Spring Boot, SQL, Stored Procedures
  • Angular or React JS or other Java front-end technologies
  • Microservices coding, development, deployment
  • Understanding and experience working with CI/CD processes and tools such as Jenkins, Version control tools such as TFS, GIT
  • Must be good in either OpenShift or Kubernetes
  • Strong analytical, technical, and problem-solving skills to understand customer needs and transactions

Roles and Responsibilities:

1. This is a DevOps based project. Resource will play the hands-on lead role on DevOps + Production support engagement.
2. Work directly with customer on support & development engagement. Collaborate with dependent systems’ owners for impact analysis. Coordinate with offshore.
3. Contribute to architectural/design level activities
4. Work on user stories and provide on-call support on a rotation basis
5. Deploy CI/CD pipeline
6. Take ownership of issues and process improvement
