What You’ll Do (Responsibilities)

• Work closely with product and engineering teams to design and deliver features that improve our platform across web and mobile.
• Contribute to both front-end and back-end development using modern JavaScript tools and frameworks.
• Think system-wide: own the implementation, performance, and scalability of critical services.
• Bring a strong user-focused mindset—always thinking about how features will be used, what problems they solve, and how to make them better.
• Participate in architecture discussions and technical design reviews.
• Push for high standards in code quality, performance, and team collaboration.

What You Know (Qualifications)

Necessary Qualifications:

• 7+ years of full-stack JavaScript/TypeScript development experience.
• Experience working across web and mobile apps; React and React Native are highly preferred.
• Deep understanding of building and consuming GraphQL APIs.
• Backend experience with Node.js and familiarity with MongoDB.
• Hands-on experience with Azure cloud services or equivalent cloud environments.
• Strong product thinking—you’re not just an executor, but a partner in crafting the "what" and "why".
• Comfortable working independently and proactively contributing ideas, feedback, and solutions.
• Proven experience building systems with users in mind—UI/UX matters to you.
• A thoughtful communicator who thrives in a collaborative environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with nearshore or distributed teams.
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps best practices.
