Full Stack Web Developer (Junior to Mid-Level)

We are looking for a passionate and motivated Full Stack Web Developer (Junior to Mid-Level) with a strong foundation in programming and a genuine desire to keep learning and growing. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is eager to take on diverse and challenging projects in a dynamic and collaborative environment.

You’ll work closely with a team of experienced developers and will be gradually introduced to more complex responsibilities. The role involves hands-on experience with real-world applications, both in local and international projects. We value curiosity, adaptability, and a proactive mindset more than years of experience.

What We’re Looking For:

• Solid understanding of web development fundamentals (front-end and back-end)

• Eagerness to learn new technologies and approaches
• Ability to work well in a team and take feedback constructively
• Interest in being part of a fast-paced, evolving environment
• Advanced spoken and written English (mandatory requirement)

Technical Requirements

Web programming languages:

• JavaScript (ES6+)
• HTML5 and CSS3
• Node.js
• PHP

Frontend frameworks/libraries (basic or intermediate proficiency in at least one):

React, Vue.js, or Angular

Databases:

Basic understanding of SQL databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL)

Environment setup:

Ability to install, configure, and maintain local development environments

Version control:

Familiarity with version control with Git

Desirable (not mandatory):

• Knowledge of Python
• Prior experience working with REST APIs
• Basic experience with Docker or virtualization tools
• Use of debugging tools in browsers and backend environments
• Deployment with Git CI CD technologies
• Mobile App (Native or Hybrid) development
