We are currently seeking an experienced professional for the role of Full Stack Engineer.

Role Purpose:

The Full Stack Engineer is responsible for delivering and supporting projects across the entire Technology delivery lifecycle, including inception, construction, testing, release, and ongoing management of a product or service within a Technology team.

Main Activities:

  • Support end-to-end delivery and operational support activities, utilizing skills in software development, testing, and operations, adapting to demand as needed.

  • Take end-to-end accountability for a product or service, identifying and developing appropriate technological solutions to meet customer needs within the Customer Journey.

  • Liaise with engineers, architects, and business stakeholders to understand and guide the product or service’s development.

  • Establish a digital environment and automate processes to ensure high-quality code and data with minimal variation.

  • Create technical test plans, including unit and integration tests, within automated environments to ensure code quality.

  • Support DevOps teams throughout all stages of product or service release/change, maintaining strong customer focus and understanding end-to-end journeys.

  • Collaborate with Ops, Dev, and Test Engineers to identify and resolve operational issues during all phases of a product or service lifecycle.

  • Support incident management for IT services, as directed by DevOps leadership.

  • Ensure service resilience, sustainability, and recovery objectives are achieved for all software solutions.

  • Automate the CI/CD pipeline within a DevOps environment, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.

  • Stay updated on current tools, technologies, cybersecurity, and regulatory requirements related to data privacy, consent, and residency.
