Position Overview

We're hiring a Full Stack Developer based in Guadalajara, Jalisco to join our remote engineering team. You'll play a key role in building, maintaining, and scaling the systems that power Aisles—from user-facing platforms to AI-integrated services.

Key Responsibilities

Build and maintain scalable backend systems (Node.js, Python, or equivalent).

Develop clean, responsive front-end interfaces (React, Vue, or Angular).

Design and integrate secure APIs and data pipelines.

Work with cloud services (AWS, GCP) and databases (MongoDB, PostgreSQL).

Optimize performance, stability, and security across web and mobile platforms.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product, AI, and design.

Participate in Agile development, code reviews, and rapid feature cycles.

Requirements

3+ years of full stack development experience.

Proficiency in front-end frameworks (React, Vue, or Angular).

Proficiency in backend technologies (Node.js, Python, or similar).

Experience with REST APIs, Firebase, or real-time systems.

Knowledge of Git, CI/CD, containerization (Docker), and cloud deployments.

Strong problem-solving and communication skills.

Must be based in Guadalajara and able to work remotely.

English (basic to intermediate) and fluent Spanish required.

Bonus Skills

Experience working with AI-driven platforms.

Familiarity with authentication flows and scalable architectures.

Prior work in e-commerce or high-user-volume platforms.
