The role spans full stack from backend processing to the lawyer-facing interface, with real ownership early in your career. You will leverage AI tooling to multiply impact, work with senior engineers, and contribute to production systems used in CoCounsel today.

Qualifications

• Professional software engineer with production code experience.
• Strong full-stack capabilities across frontend and backend.
• Experience consuming APIs in cloud environments.
• Practical use of AI developer tooling in workflows.
• Proven ability to learn quickly and ship self-taught skills.

Responsibilities

• Build end-to-end features from requirements to production.
• Develop across frontend, backend and data layers with focus on performance and security.
• Apply AI tooling to improve developer productivity and product capabilities.
• Learn core services and share knowledge across the team.
• Contribute to automated testing and CI/CD processes.
• Collaborate with Product and cross-functional teams.
