EPAM Systems is seeking a Lead TypeScript+Node.js Developer for an internal platform team delivering a Backstage.io portal and software catalog. You will shape standards, integrate ELK, JIRA Service Desk, and Jenkins/CICD into Backstage, and enable Terraform execution while working across distributed teams.

Formación

• 5+ years of Node.js backend development.
• Deep expertise in TypeScript for production services.
• Hands-on with cloud platforms and web deployment.
• Ability to work independently with distributed teams.
• Experience with AI coding assistants such as GitHub Copilot or Claude Code.
• English proficiency at B2+ level.

Responsabilidades

• Define frontend architecture decisions for components, state management, TypeScript standards, and performance.
• Practice spec-driven development and trace implementations to specs.
• Lead technically through code reviews, frontend standards, and mentoring.
• Integrate ELK entities into Backstage catalog.
• Add Backstage extensions, templates, and render scripts.
• Implement capability to run Terraform scripts.
• Connect JIRA Service Desk capabilities into Backstage.
• Integrate Jenkins/CICD capabilities into Backstage.
• Coordinate with distributed cross-functional teams.
