EPAM is seeking a senior frontend engineer to design and implement high‑performing web apps using React and Next.js. You will manage client‑side state with Redux/Zustand/Context API and connect to RESTful or GraphQL APIs, while optimizing load times for wider device support.

The role requires mentoring developers, strong English communication, and extensive experience with modern styling approaches like Tailwind or CSS Modules in Agile teams.

Formación

• At least 5 years of proven professional background in software engineering.
• One year or more of experience directing and mentoring development teams.
• Established history in modern web development with a strong focus on releasing user-facing features.
• Practical exposure to Next.js framework (App Router or Pages Router) and Server Components.
• Familiar with Tailwind CSS, styled-components, or CSS Modules for maintainable styling.
• Confident use of Git and experience in Agile/Scrum environments.
• English at B2 level or above with strong written and spoken communication.

Responsabilidades

• Design and implement performant, adaptive web applications using React and Next.js.
• Orchestrate complex client-side state with Redux, Zustand, or Context API and connect to RESTful/GraphQL APIs.
• Diagnose and optimize applications for fast load times and good Core Web Vitals across devices.
