Front End Developer

This is a temporary full-time position, 12-month term.

LeadVenture websites are custom-designed and packed with features that dealers and OEMs need, enabling them to generate more qualified leads. Our industry-leading platform increases website traffic and provides a positive user experience across all devices.

In this role, you will develop high-quality software for LeadVenture as an active and collaborative member of a distributed software development team.

Responsibilities include:

• Develop, document, test, and debug new and existing software systems and applications for large-scale, complex projects.
• Provide technical support on development projects.
• Participate in the full software development lifecycle, including requirements gathering, analysis, and design.
• Draft technical specifications based on design and business requirements.
• Evaluate and suggest new technologies for implementation.
• Troubleshoot code errors and revise programs as needed.
• Participate actively in agile meetings.
• Contribute to peer code reviews to add value.

Qualifications:

• At least 3 years of experience in software development using JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.
• Strong understanding of best practices across the software development lifecycle in an agile environment.
• Self-motivated with a desire to learn new skills and explore new ideas.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with global teams.
