Capgemini Engineering in Aguascalientes is seeking a skilled frontend developer to design and lead the architecture of scalable applications. You will be responsible for defining standards, collaborating with UX/UI, and ensuring cross-browser compatibility.

The ideal candidate will have over 5 years of experience and proficiency in modern frameworks like React, Angular, and Vue. The role offers flexibility in work modality, with options for remote, hybrid, or on-site work.

Your role

To design and lead the architecture of scalable, accessible, and high-performance frontend applications, aligned with modern web development and user experience standards.

• Define the frontend architecture (SPA, microfrontends, SSR, etc.)
• Establish development standards (componentization, responsive design, accessibility)
• Select frameworks and libraries (React, Angular, Vue, etc.)
• Design design systems
• Optimize performance (Core Web Vitals, lazy loading, caching)
• Collaborate with UX/UI to ensure visual consistency and usability
• Implement testing strategies (unit, end-to-end, visual testing)
• Ensure cross-browser and device compatibility
• Define deployment strategies (frontend CI/CD)

Your profile

• 5+ years in frontend development, 2+ years in architecture
• Experience with modern frameworks (React, Angular, Vue)
• Knowledge of microfrontend architecture
• Experience with SSR (Next.js, Nuxt, etc.)
• Proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript
• Experience with tools: Webpack, Vite, Babel
• Knowledge of accessibility (WCAG)
• Experience consuming REST/GraphQL APIs

• Knowledge of advanced performance tuning
• Experience with PWAs
