A Front Desk Supervisor supervises activities at the hotel front desk, including check-in/check-out, guest requests, concierge services, and promotion of in-house activities.

What will I be doing?

As a Front Desk Supervisor, you will oversee front office activities between guests, the hotel, and various departments. Your responsibilities include:

  • Supervising front desk operations during your shift to ensure high standards
  • Keeping your team informed about hotel products, services, pricing, promotional offers, VIP, and special events
  • Advising your team of any special events or VIP guests
  • Monitoring appearance, standards, and performance of team members, focusing on training and teamwork
  • Maximizing sales through up-selling and marketing programs
  • Handling guest requests, inquiries, and complaints promptly
  • Maintaining a professional and welcoming front desk environment
