Fresh-Out New Grad Project Engineer
Cuernavaca, Morelos (Hybrid)

Position Summary
Thales is looking for an Fresh-Out Delivery HUB Engineer who is primarily responsible for developing and supporting the Automation for industrialization and production processes and necessary equipment to customize SIM cards.

Key Areas of Responsibility

1. Learn to use professional concepts related to software and SIM Cards development.
2. Apply company policies and procedures to resolve routine issues.
3. Contribute to designing, coding, and testing of the internal module(s).
4. Develop and support the Automation for industrialization and production processes and necessary equipment to customize SIM cards.
5. Work on site with a software engineering team and prepare production packages.
6. Interface with development teams, technical support, and technical consultants as needed in other sites.

Minimum Qualifications

1. RECENT graduate (2023 - 2024) in Engineering, Computer Science, Mathematics, or another relevant field of study; and/or equivalent experience.
2. Up to 1 year of experience in Programming languages (Python, C, C++, etc.) and Databases (SQLite, Oracle, MariaDB, MySQL, etc.).
3. Intermediate-advanced English proficiency, oral and written.
4. Strong communicator and negotiator, analytical, results-oriented, customer-oriented, a strong time manager, autonomous, honest, and empathetic, with a strong focus on helping customers and ensuring their satisfaction.
