Job summary

AUMOVIO busca un profesional de logística y comercio exterior para gestionar costos de importación y exportación, asegurar pagos a proveedores y cumplir las normativas. Será responsable de analizar información financiera, descargar reportes y coordinar la carga de datos en las plataformas.

Se valorará experiencia en el sector automotriz, dominio de inglés avanzado y capacidad para impulsar mejoras de procesos y cumplimiento.

Qualifications

• 3 años de experiencia en logística, tráfico y cumplimiento aduanero (industria automotriz).
• Inglés avanzado.

Responsibilities

• Controlar los costos logísticos relacionados con operaciones de IMPORT-EXPORT, garantizando el pago a proveedores conforme a procedimientos y normas.
• Analizar información financiera y descargar reportes de plataformas de la empresa; seguimiento y control de costos de flete y aduanas.
• Subir información completa y correcta a plataformas (emisiones, pagos, etc.).
• Evaluar mensualmente el desempeño de proveedores logísticos en facturación y tiempos de respuesta de aclaraciones.

Descripción del empleo

• Control of the logistics costs related to IMPORT -EXPORT operations, guaranteeing the fulfillment of the payment to the logistics providers in accordance with the Company procedures and ensuring compliance with the provisions of the different foreign trade laws such as Customs Law and its regulations, RCGMCE, International Treaties.
• Analyze financial information and download reports from company platforms.Follow-up and control of costs for freight and customs; for statistics and financial results.
• Uploading complete and correct information to company platforms ( shipments, payments, etc.).
• Evaluate monthly the performance of the logistics providers on the correct and timely billing service, as well as the response time of clarifications.
• Supplier process payments (Audit of invoices for logistic services of agreement to rates, contracts issued by SCMA and for services actually provided that must be reviewed with the operating area of the department).
• Back up by traffic operations : Coordinate the Import and export processes- consider the next points: Classification of products, use the LSP and rates approved by Corporate , complying with import and export regulatory documentation by external entities ( GOVERNMENT) and internal requirements, schedule and follow track shipments.
• Process improvement.

Requisitos

• Bachelor's degree in international trade, logistics or related field
• Experience: 3 years of experience in logistics, traffic &customs compliance ( Automotive industry)
• Advanced English.
