Danfoss in Mexico is seeking a Logistics Data Analyst to ensure freight audit accuracy and transportation cost visibility across our US‑based network. You will turn freight data into clear insights that support cost control and data‑driven decisions, helping to identify savings opportunities and automate manual tasks.

You will design and optimize auto‑coding and audit rules, collaborate with carriers and internal teams, and drive process improvements that scale with our growing supply chain

Formación

• Experience in freight audit and pay with strong US transportation exposure.
• Proficient in data analysis and interpreting transportation KPIs.
• Strong communication and ability to work independently with accuracy.

Responsabilidades

• Analyze freight audit data and KPIs to improve invoice accuracy and cost visibility.
• Investigate billing discrepancies, accessorial charges, and claims to protect spend.
• Design and optimize auto‑coding and audit rules to increase automation.
• Collaborate with carriers and internal teams to resolve data issues.
• Identify process gaps and cost-saving opportunities and implement improvements.

The Impact You'll Make

You will play a key role in ensuring transportation spend accuracy and efficiency across our U.S.-based logistics network. Your work will directly support cost control, operational transparency, and data‑driven decision‑making that helps Danfoss move products reliably and responsibly. By turning complex freight data into clear insights, you will help identify savings opportunities, strengthen audit accuracy, and reduce manual effort through smarter automation. Your analysis will influence how we partner with carriers and external providers. Working closely with cross‑functional teams, you will help improve processes that scale, ensuring our supply chain operations remain robust, efficient, and future‑ready.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Analyze freight audit data and KPIs to improve invoice accuracy and transportation cost visibility.
• Investigate and resolve billing discrepancies, accessorial charges, and claims to protect transportation spend.
• Design and optimize auto‑coding and audit rules to reduce manual work and increase automation.
• Partner with carriers, audit providers, and internal teams to resolve issues and improve data flow.
• Identify process gaps and cost‑saving opportunities, turning analysis into practical, sustainable improvements.

What We're Looking For

• Solid experience in freight audit and pay, transportation, or supply chain analysis, with strong exposure to U.S.-based transportation.
• Working knowledge of transportation modes, carriers, and vendor management.
• Strong understanding of supply chain operations and logistics systems.
• Advanced Excel skills for data analysis (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP or equivalent). Proven ability to work independently with high accuracy, strong analytical thinking, and clear communication.
• Conversational English.
