TransUnion is seeking a Sr Manager of Product Management to lead TPMs across LATAM. This hybrid role combines regional strategy with delivery leadership, influencing architectural decisions and market readiness.

The ideal candidate has deep experience in product management, platforms modernization, and cross-functional execution, fluent in English and Spanish, and ready to engage with global and regional stakeholders.

Qualifications

• 15+ years in product management, technical delivery, enterprise architecture, or technology leadership.
• Experience managing TPMs or technology leads across multiple product lines, markets, or regions.
• Strong grasp of platform modernization, API architecture, security, and operational readiness.
• Proven ability to lead through ambiguity and report to executives.
• Fluent English and Spanish.

Responsabilités

• Lead TPMs across multiple product lines and regions.
• Translate business priorities into technical strategy and execution plans.
• Represent LATAM in global planning and prioritization.
• Drive delivery discipline: PDLC governance, Definition of Ready/Done, risk management.
• Oversee launch readiness, market adoption, and post-launch stabilization.
• Build relationships with regional CIOs, business leaders, engineering and architecture teams.
