Hach Mexico, part of Veralto, is seeking a skilled FP&A Senior Analyst to lead budgeting, forecasting, and performance analysis. The role partners with Finance, Commercial, and Operations to provide actionable insights and support profitable growth. Location is Toreo, Naucalpan, with a hybrid work model and occasional travel.

The ideal candidate will have 4+ years in FP&A, strong Excel skills, and proficiency in English, with experience in ERP and BI tools.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or related field.
• 4+ years of experience in FP&A, Financial Analysis, Corporate Finance, Cost Finance, or related finance functions.
• Experience supporting annual budgeting, forecasting cycles, and monthly business performance reviews.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including financial modeling and scenario analysis.
• Professional working proficiency in English.

Responsabilidades

• Support annual budgeting, quarterly forecasting, and monthly planning processes.
• Maintain financial models, planning assumptions, and risks & opportunities tracking.
• Analyze business performance across revenue, operating expenses, SG&A, profitability, headcount, and working capital to identify trends, risks, and opportunities.
• Prepare variance analyses versus budget, forecast, and prior-year results and present insights to business leadership.
• Develop financial models, scenario analyses, and decision-support tools to support strategic and operational decision-making.
