Reporting to the Controller, Hach Mexico , the FP&A Senior Analyst is responsible for driving financial planning, forecasting, reporting, and business performance analysis across the organization. Acting as a key business partner to Finance, Commercial, and Operations leaders, this role delivers actionable insights that improve decision-making, identify risks and opportunities, enhance forecast accuracy, and support profitable growth. The successful candidate will play a critical role in helping business leaders understand performance drivers, optimize resource allocation, and make informed decisions that contribute to sustainable business growth.
**Location:** Toreo, Naucalpan (Mexico City Metropolitan Area)
**Work Arrangement:** Hybrid (4 days in office / 1 day remote)
