CoreX Corp is seeking a motivated FP&A Analyst to join the Finance team within a multinational technology organization. You will support financial planning, forecasting, reporting, and business analysis across global operations in a fast-paced tech environment.

The role requires onsite attendance three days per week at our Providencia, Guadalajara, Jalisco office. You will work with cross-functional teams to deliver insights that drive strategic decisions and optimize financial performance.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or related field.
• 2–4 years of FP&A, corporate finance, accounting, or analytical roles.
• Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills.
• Advanced English communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Support monthly closing, forecasting, annual budgeting, and long-range planning processes.
• Analyze financial performance, expenses, SaaS KPIs, and variances vs forecast.
• Prepare financial reports, dashboards, and executive presentations for leadership.
• Assist in revenue, headcount, and cost analyses across departments and regions.
• Maintain and improve financial models and reporting tools.
• Collaborate with Operations, HR, Sales, Product, and Accounting.
• Support automation and process improvements in FP&A reporting.
• Ensure data accuracy across financial systems and outputs.

Position Summary

CoreX is seeking a motivated, detail-oriented FP&A Analyst to join our growing Finance team within a multinational technology organization. This role supports financial planning, forecasting, reporting, and business analysis activities across global operations.

The ideal candidate combines strong analytical skills with curiosity, adaptability, and a collaborative mindset. You will work closely with Finance and cross-functional teams to deliver insights that support strategic and operational decision-making in a fast-paced technology environment.

• Support monthly closing, forecasting, annual budgeting, and long-range planning processes.
• Analyze financial performance, operating expenses, SaaS/business KPIs, and variances versus forecast.
• Prepare financial reports, dashboards, and executive presentations for leadership teams.
• Assist in revenue, headcount, and cost analysis across departments and regions.
• Maintain and improve financial models and reporting tools.
• Collaborate with teams such as Operations, HR, Sales, Product, and Accounting.
• Support automation and process improvement initiatives within FP&A reporting.
• Ensure data accuracy and consistency across financial systems and reporting outputs.

Required experience and qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or related field.
• 2–4 years of experience in FP&A, corporate finance, accounting, consulting, or other analytical roles.
• Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills.
• Strong analytical thinking and attention to detail.
• Experience using AI tools to improve efficiency and expand team capacity.
• Advanced English communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in technology or multinational companies.
• Experience supporting enterprise clients in a delivery or services environment.
• Familiarity with NetSuite/PSA systems.
• Experience with Power BI, Tableau, or other data visualization tools.
• Basic financial modeling and forecasting experience.
