Otis SE is seeking a strategic FP&A Supervisor to support the Mexico region with budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, and financial modeling. You will partner with the FP&A Head to consolidate regional financials and provide actionable insights.

Requirements include a Finance degree, 4+ years in FP&A, proficiency in Excel and Power BI (HFM/JDE a plus), and fluency in English and Spanish. Based in Mexico City, you will influence decisions in a global, multicultural organization.

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field.
• 4+ years of FP&A experience, preferably within a multinational or regional scope.
• Fluency in English and Spanish; strong analytical skills.

FP&A Supervisor – Mexico

About the Role

We are seeking a strategic FP&A Supervisor to support Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) activities across Latin America. In this role, you will work closely with other Finance functions, support Mexico region analysis, and support the regional financial planning organization, performance management, and decision-making. You will contribute to regional consolidation while also providing targeted support to individual countries as needed. This position offers high visibility within the organization and the opportunity to influence business outcomes in a dynamic, multicultural environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Support end-to-end FP&A activities at the Mexico level, including budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, and financial modeling.
• Partner with the FP&A Head to consolidate regional financials and provide insights to support strategic decision-making.
• Develop, track, and optimize KPIs to measure business performance across the region and support strategic initiatives.
• Act as a business partner to regional and country operations teams, delivering actionable financial insights to drive efficiency and growth.
• Provide hands‑on support to specific markets as needed, with a strong focus on Mexico.
• Conduct scenario planning, financial reporting, and ad‑hoc analysis to support leadership decisions at both regional and local levels.
• Ensure data accuracy, promote process improvements, and strengthen integration between financial and operational data across countries.
• Apply a growth and digital mindset to identify opportunities, leveraging technology to enhance reporting and operational efficiency.
• Maintain a strong control and compliance framework across the region, ensuring adherence to all company policies.
• Prepare presentations and reports on regional performance, trends, and forecasts.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field
• 4+ years of experience in FP&A, preferably within a multinational or regional scope
• Proficiency in Excel, Power BI, or similar tools for financial modeling and visualization (HFM and JDE knowledge is a plus)
• Fluency in English and Spanish
• Strong ability to operate at both strategic and operational levels, partnering with cross‑functional and multicultural teams
• Excellent analytical skills, attention to detail, and problem‑solving mindset
• Proactive approach with a strong interest in process automation and agile reporting
