Syniti, part of Capgemini, seeks an FP&A Manager to lead planning, forecasting and reporting within its Finance organization in Mexico City. The role emphasizes hands-on financial analysis, model maintenance and stakeholder support for business decision-making.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years in FP&A, strong Excel skills and experience with financial systems. This on-site role offers growth and collaboration across Finance and IT teams.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or related field.
• Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial statements.
• Minimum 3+ years of FP&A experience and advanced Excel proficiency.
• Experience with financial modelling, forecasting and variance analysis.

Responsabilidades

• Support monthly and quarterly forecasting cycles, consolidating data and explaining movements.
• Contribute to annual planning with model preparation and data validation.
• Develop flexible financial models and maintain reporting files.
• Prepare dashboards, variance analyses and commentary for FP&A leadership.
• Improve FP&A processes, templates, and reporting routines.
