Otis Elevator Co. seeks a strategic FP&A Supervisor for the Latin America region, with a strong focus on Mexico. You will lead budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, and financial modeling, partnering with regional leaders to drive insights and improve performance across countries.

You will develop KPIs, support consolidation, and work closely with cross‑functional teams to enable fact-based decision making in a dynamic, global company.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field.
• 4+ years of FP&A experience, multinational or regional scope.
• Proficiency in Excel and Power BI; knowledge of HFM and JDE is a plus.
• Fluency in English and Spanish.
• Strong ability to operate at strategic and operational levels with cross‑functional teams.
• Excellent analytical skills, attention to detail, and problem‑solving mindset.
• Proactive approach with interest in process automation and agile reporting.

Responsabilidades

• Support end-to-end FP&A activities at the Mexico level, including budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, and financial modeling.
• Partner with the FP&A Head to consolidate regional financials and provide insights for strategic decisions.
• Develop, track, and optimize KPIs to measure performance across the region.
• Act as a business partner to regional and country operations teams, delivering actionable insights.
• Provide hands-on support to specific markets with focus on Mexico.
• Conduct scenario planning, financial reporting, and ad-hoc analysis for leadership.
• Ensure data accuracy and promote process improvements across countries.
• Apply a growth and digital mindset to enhance reporting and efficiency.
