Formación

  • 3-5 years’ experience in Financial Analysis or as a Finance ICT Business Analyst.
  • Knowledge of SAP, EPM, and advanced Excel skills are essential.

About the role

The key role of the IO Enablement team is to support the Kerry business growth agenda by ensuring the data integrity of the company’s Integrated Operations EPM system, while ensuring that the right information is with the right stakeholders at the right time, setting the benchmark for ensuring the business is serviced with world-class performance measurement reports. Reporting to the IO Enablement Lead this role will provide an excellent opportunity for the successful candidate to be a key contributor to the implementation of the finance operating model streamlining and optimizing global business performance reporting.

Key responsibilities

The IO Enablement Analyst will deliver routine & non-routine financial reporting and analysis, supporting key stakeholders across the organisation. This role will ensure the maintenance and governance of all transactional & master data, providing SME support by performing integrity checks to ensure that any material variance stemming from the system is flagged for investigation by ICT.

Key Objectives:

  1. Deliver information that promotes commonality of data management across the Group and a culture in which “one version of the truth” is used to support decision making.
  2. Follow processes to ensure Governance of Master Data is aligned to one version of the truth.
  3. Participate in the standardisation and simplification of all routine & non-routine performance reporting across the Group.
  4. Execution and continued improvement of key business processes i.e., performance reporting, forecasting, budgeting, scorecards & transaction data integrity.

Key Role Activities & Responsibilities:

  1. Deliver routine performance reporting including preparation of routine reports and presentations to support key business stakeholders, preparing ad-hoc reports and analysis as required.
  2. Coordination of key processes preparing and issuing templates and instructions, collating inputs when received, checking for accuracy and loading to relevant systems as required.
  3. Ensure reconciliation of data across all systems on a weekly and monthly basis, including data checks, and escalating issues in a transparent and collaborative manner as issues arise.
  4. Support global enablement workstreams to streamline data governance and align on ways of working to drive data integrity in all dimensions within EPM.
  5. Integration of acquisitions into EPM and FP&A reporting if and as when required.
  6. Investigate root cause and resolve ad hoc user & data governance queries.
  7. Become an Enablement SME/SAP superuser and deliver training sessions as required on AFO/GTM/BPM.
Qualifications and skills

Qualifications

  1. Bachelor’s degree in administration, business or other numerical disciplines.
  2. 3-5 years’ experience in a Financial Analysis, R2R, or as a Finance ICT Business Analyst.
  3. Knowledge of SAP, SAP BW, CRM, EPM and/or Power BI.
  4. Experience in data analytics tools (Power Query, Business Objects, SQL or VBA).
  5. Advanced Excel skills.
  6. Qualified ACA/ACCA/CIMA/CPA, ideally in FMCG or manufacturing industry highly desirable.
  7. Previous experience within Finance Supply Chain or Integrated Operations Finance is a plus.
