Summary: The FP&A Coordinator – COGS KPI & Planning Coordinator will deliver financial analysis input into business cases, costs and schedules to support growth in the business. In this role, you will contribute to the continuous process improvement on management reporting, report standardization and rationalization. You will develop and implement action plans and financial models for Business Operations in current and new deals. Additionally to coordinate P&L management, specifically in COGS and SG&A ( Budget and Actuals).

Scope: The FP&A Coordinator is responsible for developing budgets, forecasts, and financial models that support the company’s strategic goals focused Costs and SG&A help in making informed business decisions. The main job responsibility of the FP&A Coordinator is to create, maintain and control financial models, forecasts, and budgets.

Key responsibilities for this role include:

  • Finance Business Partner advises and supports the business in areas related to financial performance including:
  • Finance consulting and coaching (e.g., interpreting financial results and measures in the context of business operations).
  • Providing forward looking financial insight on Revenue, Cost of Goods Sold, and alternative business scenarios.
  • Improving the quality of internal and external financial data to drive business decision making and performance.
  • Design and deliver effective financial and management reporting, including defining relevant business performance indicator and frequency, as well as standardizing and optimizing management reporting with Headquarters.
  • Contribute and implement continuous process improvement, including simplifying and optimizing process, improving data integrity.
  • Conduct initial analysis and interpret the results to the business.
  • Collaborate on corporate budgeting process, including expenses controlling, budgeting, forecasting and management reporting.

Basic qualifications for this role include:

  • Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance or in related field or equivalent experience.
  • Advanced data analytical skills for using spreadsheets or business intelligence tools.
  • Experienced leveraging financial and business systems to monitor business activities and aid in decision making.
  • Experienced working with multiple businesses or international business experience.
  • Minimum of five years of related work experience.
  • Preferably knowledge of pharmaceutical manufacturing processes (Costing)

Preferred qualifications for this role include:

  • English – advanced level (written and oral)
  • Experience using Accounting / Finance systems SAP, Prime, HFM.
  • Knowledge of pharmaceutical manufacturing processes
  • COGS Budget and Actuals management.
