Abacum, the leading Business Planning solution for finance teams, is seeking a Professional Services Associate in Mexico City to drive successful implementations and value realization on the platform. You will onboard, train, and support clients, craft financial models, and collaborate with Engineering and Product teams to brainstorm innovations.

Candidates should have 2+ years of hands-on FP&A/EPM implementation, strong Excel skills, and experience with SaaS project tools and Agile/hybrid

Formación

• Hands-on FP&A/EPM platform implementation experience (2+ years).
• Ability to explain financial and technical concepts to clients and internal teams.
• Working knowledge of FP&A processes (budgeting, forecasting, reporting, consolidation).
• Proficiency with Excel and building financial models.
• Experience with SaaS project tools and Agile/hybrid methodologies.
• Strong client-facing communication with senior stakeholders.
• Formal PM qualifications are a plus.

• Delivery of implementation projects, driving customers to success and value realization on the platform.
• Follow project plans, respecting deadlines, and communicating progress and risks.
• Craft best-in-class financial models to optimize and enhance clients' processes.
• Onboard, train, and support clients, transforming them into Abacum experts.
• Collaborate with Engineering and Product teams to brainstorm and develop innovations.
