Foreign Trade Specialist (Pacifico)`

Responsibilities:

1. Coordinate and supervise with foreign trade partners the daily operation of foreign trade and special operations (virtual, regime changes, etc.).
2. Confirm with the foreign trade partner the safeguarding and preparation of electronic files (record keeping), as well as extensions and other formalities done in government independences.
3. Coordinate and supervise the presentation of 8th rules, extensions, etc.
4. Coordinate and audit the compliance of foreign trade promotion programs (IMMEX, CIVA, PROSEC – Compliance Matrix).
5. Supervision of the control inventory system (Annex 24) and VAT Certification (Annex 30).
6. Coordinate with the foreign trade partner the presentation of the annual foreign trade report.
7. Carry out internal audits linked to customs compliance (Fixed Assets, RRNA, COO, INCOTERMS, pedimentos, etc.).
8. Coordinate issues related to obtaining Free Trade Agreements and origin rules analysis for finished goods.
9. Standardize processes (training, documentation of procedures and policies) to ensure efficiency and productivity in coordination with LNCA Team.
10. Implement weekly, monthly, and annual compliance indicators (KPI´s).

Minimum Requirements:

1. Education: International Relations, International Business, Logistics or similar.
2. 3-5 years of experience in the position and/or area.
3. Must have advanced English communication skills.
4. Operational knowledge of imports and exports.
5. Knowledge of General Rules of Foreign Trade, Customs Law and Rules of the Ministry of Economy in México.
6. Expertise and analysis for productivity reporting and monitoring KPI indicators.
7. Knowledge of OEA/CTPAT certifications (Desirable).
8. Administration of Annex 24 and Annex 30 (Desirable).
9. Visa - Availability to Travel.
