Mondelez México seeks a Logistics Operations professional to oversee warehousing, distribution, and inventory control at our Puebla facility. You will ensure accurate stock levels, coordinate with third-party logistics and internal teams, and drive continuous improvement across operations.

The role requires strong Excel skills, teamwork, and experience in logistics or supply chain, with familiarity in SAP R3. On-site position with opportunities for growth within the Supply Chain team.

Formación

• Experience using Microsoft applications, especially Excel.
• Enjoys teamwork.
• Logistics, procurement or supply chain experience is a plus.
• Analytical thinking.
• Good knowledge of ERP, preferably SAP R3.

Responsabilidades

• Manage inventory and reconcile stock between SAP and the warehouse management system.
• Monitor KPI performance and take corrective actions as needed.
• Oversee inbound/outbound, co-pack, storage and distribution activities and lifecycle management.
• Support projects and continuous improvement initiatives in projects and capacity management.
• Prepare cost analyses and risk/opportunity assessments.

Ejecutarás operaciones de transporte en términos de servicio, costo, salud y seguridad, calidad, protección alimentaria, sostenibilidad, requisitos legales y cumplimiento de políticas normativas. Trabajarás en colaboración con socios comerciales clave tanto internos como externos (proveedores de logística de terceros) para garantizar una gestión eficaz y soluciones y ejecución oportunas. Además, serás responsable de actividades como la gestión de inventario (gestión iDoc, reconciliación de existencias), supervisión de interfaces, seguimiento y localización, gestión de reclamaciones, gestión de facturas, ejecución del cumplimiento (SSM, calidad, gestión de riesgos), apoyo a licitaciones y gestión de rendimiento de terceros, gestión de palés.

Cómo contribuirás

Tus tareas:

• Examinar y analizar las inexactitudes de las existencias y garantizar una alineación de existencias precisa entre el SAP y el sistema de gestión de almacenes en base a la información disponible entre los interesados.Analizar y verificar la utilización de la capacidad, el rendimiento y la supervisión de los indicadores clave de rendimiento (KPI), e introducir medidas correctivas en caso de que falten KPI y sea necesario reducir la capacidad adicional
• Trabajar con nuestros proveedores de servicios para asegurar las entregas a nuestros socios comerciales en términos de puntualidad e integridad, teniendo en cuenta la calidad y las directrices de HACCP
• Supervisar las actividades de entrada, salida, coembalaje, almacenamiento y distribución para asegurar la supervisión y gestión de la vida útil, apoyar la reducción de las amortizaciones y buscar constantemente oportunidades para mejorar las productividades
• Realizar tareas relacionadas con proyectos y cuando se requiera, en particular en relación con la mejora continua de proyectos y licitaciones y gestión de la capacidad
• Generar y proporcionar un análisis de costos (presupuesto anual), riesgos y oportunidades
