EFEX in Tijuana, BCN, is seeking a Foreign Exchange Specialist to manage day-to-day FX operations, conduct currency trading, and monitor markets to inform trading decisions.

You will ensure compliance with internal policies and regulatory standards while collaborating with an on-site team to optimize strategies and transactions.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, or related field preferred.
• Experience in financial services or trading is a plus.
• Strong analytical skills and market interpretation required.

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role based in Tijuana, BCN for a Foreign Exchange Specialist. The specialist will manage day-to-day foreign exchange operations, conduct currency trading activities, analyze currency markets, and provide expert insights to optimize trading strategies. Responsibilities also include managing financial transactions, monitoring international market trends, and ensuring compliance with company policies and regulatory standards.

Qualifications

• Expertise in Foreign Exchange Management and Currency trading
• Strong Analytical skills and the ability to interpret market trends
• Comprehensive knowledge of Finance and Trading principles
• Attention to detail, problem-solving capabilities, and decision‑making skills
• Ability to work collaboratively within an on-site team environment
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, or a related field preferred
• Previous experience in the financial services or trading industry is a plus
