Key Responsibilities

• Analyze historical sales data, market trends, and customer demand to develop accurate demand forecasts.

• Work closely with sales, operations, and procurement teams to align demand planning with production capacity and material availability.

• Maintain and update demand forecasts in ERP systems (preferably Oracle NetSuite) to ensure efficient material planning.

• Identify demand fluctuations and risks and recommend adjustments to optimize inventory levels.

• Ensure optimal stock levels by balancing lead times, production schedules, and order fulfillment rates.

• Collaborate with the supply chain and manufacturing teams to improve forecasting accuracy and reduce excess inventory.

• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) such as forecast accuracy, inventory turns, and order fulfillment rates.

• Provide regular reports and insights to support strategic decision-making.

• Communicate effectively in English with internal teams and international stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in demand planning or forecasting within the electronics industry (SMT & assembly).

• Strong analytical skills and experience with forecasting models and demand planning tools.

• Proficiency in ERP systems, preferably Oracle NetSuite.

• Familiarity with supply chain principles, inventory management, and production planning.

• High attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

• Fluent in English (both written and spoken).

• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
