A leading automotive company in Mexico is seeking a Personnel Services Coordinator to oversee cafeteria and transportation services, ensuring high quality and compliance with regulations. The ideal candidate will possess strong negotiation and communication skills, experience in a corporate environment, and a degree in Administration or a related field. Full-time on-site availability is required.

Formación

Responsabilidades

  • Oversee and manage daily operations of cafeteria services and personnel transportation.
  • Lead vendor management and contract negotiations for related services.
  • Serve as the primary contact for feedback related to services.
  • Develop and track Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for services.
  • Identify and implement process improvements for service delivery.
  • Ensure compliance with food safety and transportation safety regulations.
  • Provide support for corporate events logistics.

As a pivotal member of our Corporate Services team, the Personnel Services Coordinator will primarily oversee and optimize our critical employee amenities: cafeteria services and personnel transportation. You will be responsible for ensuring the seamless, high-quality, and efficient delivery of these essential services, directly impacting employee satisfaction, well-being, and operational efficiency. This role requires a proactive, results-oriented professional with exceptional communication and negotiation skills, and a solid understanding of relevant regulatory frameworks specifically pertaining to food service and transportation.

Qualifications

You'll have...

  • Bachelor's degree in Administration, Industrial Engineering, or a related field; strong focus on process management, quality control, financial administration, and human-centric processes preferred. Project Management certification is highly desirable.
  • Proven experience managing resources (human and financial), vendor relations, and delivering excellent customer service, preferably within a large corporate setting.
  • Conversational English proficiency (Intermediate to Advanced level).
  • Full-time availability with a Work Place Dependent schedule, requiring on-site presence.

Responsibilities

What you’ll be able to do…

  • Oversee and manage the daily operations of cafeteria services and personnel transportation, implementing robust quality assurance measures to guarantee excellence in both areas.

  • Lead full lifecycle vendor management and contract negotiation specifically for our cafeteria and transportation providers, including tendering, supplier selection, securing favorable commercial terms, and managing purchase orders/invoicing.

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for employee feedback and complaints related to cafeteria and transportation services, ensuring timely resolution and continuous service improvement.

  • Develop and track Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) specifically for cafeteria and transportation services, preparing clear executive reports to inform decision-making regarding these critical amenities.

  • Continuously identify and implement process improvements for service delivery and vendor management efficiency within the cafeteria and transportation domains.

  • Ensure all cafeteria and transportation services strictly comply with internal policies and external regulatory requirements, including food safety, hygiene standards, and transportation safety norms.

  • Provide coordination and support for corporate events as needed, often involving logistics related to catering or special transport arrangements.
