PALO IT is seeking a Tech Lead Mobile to guide the design, development, and maintenance of cross‑platform mobile apps for iOS, Android, and Huawei. You will implement responsive interfaces, integrate RESTful APIs, and drive robust state management within an Agile team.

Key responsibilities include platform‑specific features, performance optimization, testing, and leading code reviews. This role offers international mobility and opportunities to work across client engagements.

Formación

• Proven experience building cross‑platform mobile apps with Flutter/Dart.
• Strong grasp of Material Design 3 and adaptive UI principles.
• Experience integrating REST/GraphQL APIs and auth.
• Experience with state management patterns (BLoC, Riverpod, GetX).
• Familiarity with CI/CD and DevOps workflows.

Responsabilidades

• Design, develop, and maintain cross‑platform mobile applications for iOS, Android, and Huawei.
• Implement responsive UIs following Material Design and platform guidelines.
• Integrate APIs, manage authentication, and ensure security.
• Develop native features via platform channels and optimize performance.
• Set up CI/CD pipelines and publish to App Store / Google Play / AppGallery.
• Collaborate on architecture, code reviews, and documentation.
