Qualifications

• Active student in the last 2 semesters of Industrial Engineering, Business Admin, or related field.
• High English skills (90% across speaking, reading, writing and listening).
• Strong analytical and communication abilities.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to work cross-functionally and coordinate with teams.
• Proficient in Excel and general Office tools.

Responsibilities

• Support the administration and operation of Ford's employee vehicle programs.
• Gain hands-on experience in fleet management and cross-functional coordination.
• Assist with documentation processes and internal communications across departments.
