General Motors is seeking a data/fulfillment analyst to lead end-to-end fleet fulfillment, from invoicing to delivery, while consolidating data across systems for trusted visibility. The role emphasizes dashboards, automation, and cross-functional collaboration to improve delivery speed and customer experience.

The ideal candidate has 3–5 years of experience in data analysis, process automation, and dashboard creation, with strong communication across departments and stakeholders.

Formación

• 3-5 years of experience in data analysis, process automation, intelligent agent development, and dashboard creation.
• Experience coordinating with multiple departments and communicating effectively with stakeholders.

Responsabilidades

• Manage end-to-end fleet fulfillment operations from invoicing to final delivery, ensuring timely execution.
• Own data consolidation from multiple systems to provide a reliable single source of truth for tracking units, risks, bottlenecks, and performance.
• Develop dashboards and reports to provide leadership and teams with actionable insights for decision-making.
• Identify opportunities to automate processes and implement AI-enabled solutions to simplify workflows.
• Collaborate with dealers, logistics, Quality, Sales, and operations to ensure alignment and a consistent customer experience.
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives to reduce lead times and aging while boosting fulfillment efficiency.
