Serve Robotics seeks a Data Analyst to manage data workflows and analyze data across logistics partners and internal systems. You will build pipelines, create dashboards, and leverage AI tools to improve data reliability and speed.

You will collaborate with Supply Chain, Operations, and Engineering to define KPIs and ensure data quality across our logistics processes. This role emphasizes scalable data architecture and actionable insights.

Formación

• 5 years of hands-on experience in data analysis, data engineering, workflow automation, or similar technical roles.
• Strong knowledge of data structures and data management for big data in cloud databases and small data in spreadsheets.
• Advanced knowledge of SQL and at least one other programming language (Python or JavaScript).
• Experience with AI-driven development tools and frameworks (Claude Code, GitHub Copilot, Codex) and AI orchestration frameworks (Langgraph, OpenAI/Gemini APIs).
• Experience designing data models and transforming data from multiple systems into clean datasets for reporting.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and manage API-based workflows between core platforms and external logistics partners.
• Build automated pipelines to retrieve and route data across databases and tools.
• Perform hands-on data analysis (shipping times, inventory flows) and create dashboards for stakeholders.
• Implement error handling and alerting to ensure data workflows run reliably.
• Collaborate with Supply Chain, Operations, Finance, and Engineering to define KPIs and data quality standards.
• Conduct root cause analysis and recommend process improvements to reduce cost and improve accuracy.
• Create and maintain technical documentation for data models, integrations, and reporting systems.
