About the role of Fitness Instructor:

The Fitness Instructor will assist guests with all aspects of fitness and wellbeing, including classes, personal training, inductions, and gym monitoring and cleanliness. The role also involves supporting daily operational maintenance of pool and changing facilities as needed.

What you will do:

  1. Be punctual for your shift, perform sessions with safety, attention, and timeliness.
  2. Provide professional fitness classes and personal training sessions following spa protocols and hotel standards.
  3. Support the needs of the spa with flexible scheduling.
  4. Care for and maintain fitness equipment properly.
  5. Keep the fitness area clean, organized, and stocked.

What you bring:

  • Fluency in Spanish and English is required.

  • At least two (2) years of experience in a luxury hotel environment.

  • Qualified and experienced fitness instructor.

  • Ability to deliver high-quality, luxury service standards.

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

  • Cross-cultural sensitivity and strong customer service orientation.

  • Guest-centric approach and understanding of guest preferences.
