Cacheflow is seeking a Legal Associate to join Clara’s Legal team in Mexico. In this key role, you will ensure local operations remain compliant and support regulatory communications while managing operational legal work.

The ideal candidate possesses a law degree, a valid license to practice in Mexico, and 1–3 years of experience in corporate or commercial law. We offer a competitive salary, stock options, and a hybrid work model focused on flexibility and results.

Formación

• 1–3 years of legal experience in corporate, commercial, or financial law.
• Experience or interest in AI tools to automate workflows and document management.
• Adaptability to fast-changing environments typical of a high-growth fintech.

Responsabilidades

• Draft and review commercial contracts, NDAs and corporate documentation.
• Provide legal support to internal teams—especially Sales, Finance, and Operations.
• Manage communications and deadlines with regulatory bodies.
