Dauch Corporation is seeking a Finishing Production Supervisor in El Carmen, Mexico. You will supervise hourly operators, plan daily finishing activities, ensure product quality, and maintain safety standards.

You’ll coordinate with maintenance, quality, and logistics to meet production targets while tracking output, scrap, and labor hours. Required: a Bachelor's in Manufacturing or related field and 2+ years in a supervisory role in finishing operations; strong leadership and problem-solving

• Bachelor's degree in Manufacturing, Industrial Technology or related field.
• 3–5 years of manufacturing experience with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
• Knowledge of finishing processes, equipment, and materials.
• Strong leadership and communication skills; problem-solving ability.
