Dauch is seeking an HR Manager for its Silao manufacturing site in Guanajuato, Mexico. You will lead all HR functions, drive people strategy, and partner with Plant Leadership to align workforce initiatives with business goals.

The role focuses on talent acquisition, employee relations, labor relations, compensation, and development, while ensuring compliance with local labor laws and corporate HR standards in a dynamic automotive environment.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in industrial relations, administration or related field.
• 5–7 years of experience in HR leadership in manufacturing.

Job Description Summary

The Human Resources Manager is responsible for leading and executing the site's people strategy while ensuring alignment with business objectives, operational requirements, and organizational culture. This role drives workforce effectiveness through talent acquisition, employee relations, labor relations, compensation, training, performance management, communication, and talent development initiatives. The position acts as a strategic partner to plant leadership while ensuring compliance with labor legislation, corporate policies, and HR standards.

Job Description:

The main responsibilities for our plant in our manufacturing complex in Silao, Guanajuato, Mexico are:

• Lead all site HR functions, including talent acquisition, onboarding, employee relations, labor relations, performance management, compensation, training, and talent development.
• Partner with Plant Leadership to develop and execute people strategies that support business objectives, productivity, operational excellence, and organizational growth.
• Ensure compliance with Mexican Labor Law, company policies, audit requirements, and Environmental, Health & Safety standards.
• Drive employee engagement, retention, organizational climate, and workforce development initiatives to maintain a positive and high-performing work environment.
• Provide guidance and support to managers on employee relations matters, disciplinary actions, performance management, succession planning, and organizational effectiveness.
• Monitor and analyze HR metrics and workforce trends, implementing corrective actions and continuous improvement initiatives to achieve site HR objectives.
• Lead, develop, and manage the HR team, budget, annual training plans, and KPI achievement while overseeing the execution of strategic HR projects.

Required Skills and Education

• -Bachelor’s degree in industrial relations, Administration or related with 5 to 7 years of experience in a similar position in the Automotive Industry Experience in Managing the activities and strategies for the support of employee relations programs for a location.
• -Experience in managing HR internal Indicators, Audit follow up and People Focus.
• -Experience in Managing employments, orientation and training, labor relations, compensation, benefits, and employee services in the location.
• -Experience in Managing teams and assisting the human resources (HR) business unit (BU) Head to oversee organizational HR strategies, processes, and practices. -Experience in Maintaining good communication and a positive relationship with employees to promote employee satisfaction and ensuring a positive working environment. Providing advice, counseling, and guidance to all levels of management and staff on company policies and procedures.
