Dauch Corporation is seeking a Finished Maintenance Supervisor to lead a maintenance team in Veracruz, Mexico. You will manage preventive maintenance, diagnose complex problems, and coordinate with production to minimize downtime.

Applicants should hold a relevant engineering degree with 5+ years of manufacturing maintenance experience, including 2+ years in leadership, and be proficient in PLCs, VFDs, hydraulics, and pneumatics.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical or Industrial Engineering or related field.
• 5+ years in maintenance within manufacturing, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
• Strong knowledge of PLCs, VFDs, motor controls; hydraulics and pneumatics.
• Ability to read schematics and manuals; read and interpret technical drawings.
• Familiar with ISO, GMP, IATF safety and quality standards.
