Dauch Corporation is seeking a Finished Maintenance Supervisor for the El Carmen Manufacturing Facility to lead a team of maintenance technicians, oversee preventive and predictive maintenance, and diagnose complex equipment issues on the production line.

You will coordinate with production and quality control, manage spare parts and budget, ensure safety and ISO/GMP/IATF compliance, and drive continuous improvement through CMMS data and cost analyses.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related technical field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in maintenance within a manufacturing environment, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or leadership role.
• Strong knowledge of industrial electrical systems (PLC, VFDs, motor controls), mechanical systems (hydraulics, pneumatics, conveyor systems), and automation.
• Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate a team, fostering a culture of safety and continuous improvement.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues under pressure.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, schematics, and manuals.
• Knowledge of safety regulations and best practices in an industrial setting.
