MillerKnoll in Puebla, Mexico is seeking a finance professional to support the monthly close, analyze P&L and balance sheet accounts, and prepare timely reports for corporate.

The role requires IFRS knowledge, a university degree in accounting or finance, 3 years in multinational settings, ERP experience, and advanced Excel; strong English writing is a plus.

Formación

  • University degree in accounting or finance.
  • 3 years in financial planning or accounting in multinational companies.
  • Good knowledge of IFRS and local NIF.
  • Experience in working with ERP functionalities.
  • Advanced English writing and communication skills.

Responsabilidades

  • Support the monthly close process and ensure P&L and Balance Sheet accounts balances are correct.
  • Prepare information for month-end finance reports to the corporation.
  • P&L and BS variance analysis VS plan and prior year direct opex and global functions.
  • Prepare other account balance reconciliation analyzing and improving the sources of information.
  • Participate in the ongoing development/establishment of accounting/operation policies and procedures including the review and implementation of process and system changes.
