Formación

Responsibilities

The Opportunity

GCC LAB FP&A Analyst will play a key role in LATAM’s Beverage business. This role is responsible for supporting report generation and consolidation of a world-class GCC for LAB Mexico. Supporting digital transformation, financial planning, innovation from a financial standpoint, and providing accurate financial and volume information to support decision-making. Additionally, it aims to become a business partner for CU by providing financial insights for decision-making and process improvement.

Your Impact

As a Finance Analyst, your responsibilities include:

  • Monthly Closing: Coordinate with teams like Operations and Franchise for concentrate units closing information, consolidate in templates, analyze variations, and prepare relevant reports.
  • P&L Latest Estimate (LE): Manage P&L information in LAB’s MS Teams, aligned with CU FP&A team.
  • Mosaic: Upload monthly closings into TM1 (Mosaic), ensuring data accuracy across systems.

Monthly Forecast

  • Sell Out: Prepare and consolidate volume forecast reports, analyze trends, lead review meetings, and update forecasts as needed.
  • Sell In: Request and consolidate BOY forecasts, update projections, and ensure rationale alignment with teams.
  • Mosaic: Upload forecast data into TM1, managing inputs and processes for accuracy.

HFM: Run P&L checks to ensure correct uploads and process closure, and allocate expenses properly.

Qualifications

Who Are We Looking For?

Education: Finance, Accounting, Industrial Engineering, or Computer Engineering.

Experience:

  • Proficient in English (C1-C2)
  • Minimum 2 years in financial planning and modeling
  • Strong understanding of P&L and its interrelations
  • Expertise in financial analysis, handling large data, and maintaining data integrity
  • Advanced skills in Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, Teams, Power BI, and Tableau.
