The Role

We are looking for a hands-on and solution-oriented Financial Controller to join our team at Puromenu in Cabanillas del Campo. In this role, you will manage all financial and administrative processes at Puromenu, overseeing the company’s financial operations, ensuring accurate accounting records, compliance with regulations, and efficient financial management. You will also be part of the central finance team at TNC, working closely with financial controllers across Europe to harmonize and improve financial processes.

Key Responsibilities

Accounting & Financial Management

• Manage input and output of the accounting system
• Oversee daily financial operations and ensure accurate records
• Prepare and review financial reports monthly, quarterly, and annually
• Monitor and manage cash flow
• Develop budgets and support forecasting activities

Compliance & Coordination

• Ensure compliance with local tax and legal regulations
• Coordinate with external accounting firms on accounting, tax, and payroll matters
• Manage relationships with external firms and coordinate audits

Business Partnering

• Act as a finance partner to operational departments
• Implement internal control systems to mitigate risks
• Conduct variance and KPI analyses to support performance improvements

Group Collaboration

Work closely with the central TNC finance team and contribute to harmonizing financial processes across the group.

Your Profile

• Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field
• 3–5 years of experience in financial controlling or similar roles
• Experience working with external accounting firms (Big 4 experience is a plus)
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and local tax regulations
• Experience with budgeting, reporting, and variance analysis
• Strong team player with a fast-paced, hands-on approach
• Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and solution orientation
• Fluent in English and Spanish, both written and spoken
