Edscha Group in Mexico's San Luis Potosí region is seeking a Financial Controller with 4+ years of experience to ensure accurate financial reporting, lead month-end closings, and drive process improvements. The role requires strong accounting knowledge, SAP experience, and the ability to work in a fast-paced automotive supplier environment.

You will oversee statutory compliance, coordinate audits, and support budgeting and forecasts while partnering with finance and operations.

Formación

• 4+ years of experience in Financial Controller or similar roles.
• Fluent English (spoken and written).
• Strong command of SAP GL, FI, CO.
• Analytical and detail-oriented with audit and internal control knowledge.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee general accounting, monthly closing, and financial reporting.
• Prepare and analyze financial statements and KPIs.
• Lead and support internal and external audits.
• Strengthen and monitor internal controls and compliance.
• Manage reconciliations, provisions, and key accounting processes.

• Optimize financial workflows using SAP and advanced Excel tools.

We are looking for a Financial Controller with 4+ years of experience in similar roles, strong technical expertise, and a solid background in accounting, financial analysis, audits, and internal controls. This role requires a detail‑oriented professional capable of ensuring accurate financial reporting and driving continuous improvement across financial processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee general accounting, monthly closing, and financial reporting.
• Prepare and analyze financial statements and performance indicators.
• Lead and support internal and external audits.
• Strengthen and monitor internal controls and compliance.
• Manage reconciliations, provisions, and key accounting processes.
