Contract Analyst II - Home based in Mexico City

We are currently seeking a Contract Analyst II (Financial) to join our diverse and dynamic team. As a Contract Analyst II at ICON, you will play a pivotal role in designing and analyzing clinical trials, interpreting complex medical data, and contributing to the advancement of inNvative treatments and therapies.

What you will be doing

  • Reviewing and analyzing contracts, agreements, and legal documents related to clinical trial activities and vendor relationships.
  • Negotiating contract terms and conditions with clients, vendors, and other stakeholders to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to assess contract risks, identify opportunities for improvement, and develop strategies to mitigate potential issues.
  • Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of contract status, milestones, and deliverables using contract management systems.
  • Providing guidance and support to internal teams on contract-related matters, including contract interpretation, compliance, and dispute resolution.


Your profile

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, Finance and banking, International Business or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in contract administration, negotiation, budgets and proposals, contract management.
  • English advanced
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to evaluate complex contractual issues and propose effective solutions.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
