Financial Business Analyst

As a Financial Business Analyst, you will comprehend corporate procedures, identify potential for development, and develop plans to maximize productivity and efficiency.

You will support budget analysis, operational metrics, and savings projects across 8 CSV Plants (Saltillo, Apodaca, San Luis Potosi, Reynosa, Queretaro, Leon, and Hermosillo in Mexico, and 1 in San Antonio, Texas). Your work location will be Parque Industrial Queretaro.

Key Responsibilities

1. Lead inventory and cost analysis and identify efficiencies.
2. Support analysis and documentation of Capital Projects.
3. Analyze performance against budget and ensure goals are achieved within budget constraints.
4. Perform financial statement analysis, create and interpret financial reports, identify trends, and provide insights to improve financial performance.
5. Identify cost-saving opportunities, develop cost reduction strategies, and implement processes for optimal cost efficiency.

Qualifications

1. Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or a related field; CPA or Master’s Degree preferred.
2. At least 5 years of progressive experience in finance/FP&A roles.
3. Experience in the manufacturing sector and multinational companies.
4. Proficiency in English.
5. Experience with Month-End Close processes, financial reporting, and analysis.
6. Skills in HFM and Oracle.
7. Ability to implement and improve accounting processes for efficiency and accuracy.
