Avasant, LLC seeks a Finance Associate Analyst in Monterrey, Mexico, to support finance and accounting processes with a focus on tax services, treasury, and FPP&A. The role combines client-facing responsibilities with process optimization and technology-enabled solutions.

You'll build relationships with senior clients, track invoices, and participate in governance meetings while developing skills in Excel and related finance tools within a hybrid work environment.

Formación

• Finance and accounting knowledge (preferably in tax services, treasury and/or FPP&A)
• Interest and knowledge of the market for the optimization of finance and accounting services using technology solutions, optimal operating models, automation opportunities as well as industry leading tools and solutions supporting finance and accounting
• Managing and developing client relationships with senior-level clients, and mining client accounts
• Monthly Invoice Follow-up with client providers and good understanding of fee schedules and contracts.
• Finance Governance meetings, Discrepancy and Action Items follow-up
